Salesforce Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) Developer to join our Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining advanced dashboards and datasets using Salesforces analytics platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards lenses and datasets in Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics).
Create and optimize dataflows recipes and SAQL queries to transform and load data into the analytics layer.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins developers and business analysts to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Integrate external data sources and Salesforce objects into Tableau CRM for unified reporting.
Ensure performance tuning data security and row-level access in all analytics solutions.
Mantain documentation of data models dashboards and business logic.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing analytics solutions.
Stay updated on Salesforce analytics platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3plus years of hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.
Strong proficiency in:
Dataflows and Recipes
SAQL JSON and XMD
Salesforce Object Model and SOQL
Experience with dashboard design principles and data storytelling.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM including standard/custom objects Lightning and security model.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
