Are you experienced in full lifecycle Corporate Actions and have great analytical skills Then you found the right position for you!

As a Asset Servicing - Corporate Actions Associate within the Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) Corporate Actions processing team you will be part of an proactive agenda to enhance operating processes and client will be expected to manage the day to day processing of the full lifecycle of corporate action events for a number of high value clients.

Job responsibilities

  • Complete accurate and timely processing of Corporate Actions covering the full lifecycle from Announcement Capture to Payments
  • Liaise with agent banks and custodians to improve processes and client experience
  • Completes timely resolution of Cash and Stock exceptions
  • Provide support to internal teams including Risk Management and Client Facing teams across regions
  • Understand the control environment ensuring daily control checks are completed
  • Work closely with Technology Product and Operations partners to deliver Change
  • Participate and lead meetings at the operational level on change initiatives impacting Asset Servicing

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Full lifecycle Corporate Actions & processing knowledge
  • Operational subject matter expertise in Reconciliation Settlements Trade Support Asset Servicing Risk and Control and Custody
  • Good balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills with experience facing off to demanding stakeholders
  • Good experience of Investment Banking Operational areas (Trades Cash and Reconciliations)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify understand and address operational and technical issues
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including senior business executives
  • Motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision whilst working effectively in a team
