Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Designing implementing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualisations within an agile collaborative team environment
- Partnering with business units to understand their needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions that drive data-informed decisions
- Leading requirements engineering refining specifications and gathering feedback through usability testing and user research to continuously improve dashboards
- Working with structured data from various sources to deliver seamless high-quality analytical content
- Ensuring dashboards perform efficiently through proactive optimisation and troubleshooting
- Actively participating in agile ceremonies e.g. sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to iteratively deliver value
- Contributing to best practices in development processes to improve scalability maintainability and overall user experience
- Collaborating across borders and communicating effectively in English with diverse teams
Your Profile
What you should have.
- A degree in computer science business informatics or a related field
- Experience in business intelligence requirement engineering dashboard creation and analytics projects
- End-to-end mastery of Tableau products
- Excellent SQL skills with a solid understanding of data modelling for analytics
- Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable user-friendly visualisations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in dynamic cross-functional environments
- Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving abilities
- An analytical and structured approach to work
- Passion for delivering a high-quality user experience
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desirable extras.
- Experience with Python
- UI/UX design
- Familiarity with the retail sector and/or supporting marketing and/or customer departments is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
