About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our onsite team in Irving TX focused on recruiting top-tier Allied Health professionals for travel contingent and direct hire placements. If you thrive in a fast-paced metric-driven staffing environment this is your opportunity to make a direct impact on healthcare workforce solutions across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source screen and place qualified Allied Health travelers contingent staff and direct hires across a variety of healthcare clients.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles using proactive recruiting strategies.
- Develop and distribute reverse marketing profiles to support our sales team in generating new business and redeployment opportunities.
- Navigate and manage job orders and submittals through multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Track daily/weekly recruiter activity metrics including outbound calls submittals interviews and starts.
- Maintain candidate records compliance documentation and communication logs in accordance with internal protocols.
- Partner with account managers and clients to understand role requirements timelines and hiring priorities.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare staffing with a strong preference for Allied Health specialization.
- Demonstrated success working within VMS platforms and adhering to client-specific submittal and compliance protocols.
- Proven ability to work toward and exceed placement goals in a metric-driven environment.
- Strong communication organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Irving TX in a collaborative and fast-moving team environment.
