Senior Python Developer Python Architect
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer and Python Architect to design develop and optimize complex microservice applications. You will play a key role in mentoring the Python development team ensuring high-quality coding standards and enhancing the architecture of scalable performance-driven applications.Mission
- To design and implement scalable robust software solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
- To enhance the architecture of high-load microservice-based applications.
- To foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team by actively mentoring Python developers.
- To ensure architectural consistency and scalability in all core systems through technical leadership.
Key Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Python with the ability to lead development initiatives.
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining complex high-load microservice architectures.
- Solid understanding of database design principles and relational/non-relational databases.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment in AWS.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage development teams review their work and provide growth-oriented feedback.
- Strong English communication skills (B1 level or higher).
- High degree of responsibility ownership and accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze improve and maintain the architecture of Python-based microservices.
- Review and consult on architectural decisions made by the team.
- Conduct technical reviews of significant developer tasks and architectural components.
- Develop and deliver high-quality code for particularly complex and mission-critical features.
- Support the team in CI/CD processes and ensure proper deployment practices in AWS environments.
- Mentor Python developers to improve their technical skills and development standards.
- Write maintain and oversee critical application code.
