Job Description


We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive technical integrations with our existing partners lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and onboard new partners by leveraging strong business and technical acumen.

About the role:


This role will report to the Chief Growth Officer in the Corporate Development department (Partnerships Team). As the Senior Sales Engineer you will support the development of technical integrations with existing partners execute POCs and onboard new partners through your business and technical expertise. You will serve as the front-line technical integration expert across SatSures APIs and integrated partner workflows. You will collaborate with SatSures Engineering and Product teams to support the expansion of our partner integration programs. You will play a critical role in accelerating time-to-market generating revenue earlier in the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities:


1.External - Partners and Sales facing:


  • Sell through technical expertise: Work alongside Sales and Partnerships to introduce explain and demo our APIs and integrations; support closing deals and larger-ACV engagements. Build repeatable and scalable solutions and demos worldwide. Upsell and cross-sell to various other stakeholders for the customer.
  • Primary technical contact for the partnership team and the customer for GTM solutions for the verticals we serve.
  • Architect integration solutions: Collaborate with partner technical leads to design optimal integration approaches enhance onboarding and provide active assistance during implementation.
  • Maintain trust & support: Act as a go-to advisor for partner-related technology offering ongoing testing assistance issue resolution and proactive advisory services.
