Your Profile
GenAI & AI Agent Expertise (Top Priority)
7 years as a Software Engineer / ML Engineer / Data Scientist with at least one significant production-level GenAI or AI Agent project
Advanced mastery of LLMs (GPT Claude Mistral etc.)
Hands-on experience with or similar platforms (LangChain CrewAI Flowise Dify etc.)
Expertise in conversational architectures and RAG
Strong multi-agent orchestration skills
Key Technical Skills
Python & the GenAI ecosystem
Agent-oriented software architecture
Advanced prompt engineering & LLM tuning
API integrations for agent systems (including MCP integrations)
Bonus Skills
ML/MLOps: nice-to-have but not core
Cloud & Infrastructure: useful for deployment
Monitoring tools: for agent system observability
