We are searching for a talented experienced and highly motivated Cardiac RN Resource Nurse for our newly established Procedural Recovery Unit (PRU).

This nine-bed unit supports same-day recovery for patients undergoing cardiovascular electrophysiology and interventional radiology procedures and is integrated with eight procedure bays in our advanced Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab Suite.

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Monday though Friday

Location: Procedural Recovery Unit(PRU) - Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River MA

*Sign On Details

  • $12000 New Hire Sign On with 3 years of RN experience
  • $10000 New Hire Sign On with 1-3 years of RN experience
  • $7500 New Hire Sign On with less than 1 year of RN experience
  • Rehires termed greater than 1 year are eligible

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities

Under direction of Director Manager Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments staffing levels etc. Provide guidance support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of three years clinical experience in cardiac critical care.
  • Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $46.11 - USD $82.21 /Hr.
