Location: Washington DC (in-home daycare and community-based settings)
Schedule: Full-time with 25 billable hours per week Flexible daytime hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead developmental assessments and create effective individualized IFSPs that support each childs unique needs.
- Deliver engaging hands-on physical therapy that promotes gross motor development in a family-centered approach.
- Partner with caregivers and collaborate closely with fellow early intervention professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all DCEI standards with consistency and professionalism.
- Empower families by coaching them on practical at-home strategies that reinforce progress and support long-term growth.
About the Role: National Therapy Center is seeking a mission-driven Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide early intervention services to children ages birth to three through our partnership with the District of Columbia Early Intervention (DCEI) program. This is a flexible field-based position with opportunities to create your own schedule work independently and deliver therapy in natural environments across Washington DC.
This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about supporting gross motor development and partnering closely with families to make a lasting impact during a childs most formative years.

- Earn top-tier compensation with competitive hourly pay ranging from $90 to $95 and unlock an annual earning potential of $132600 to $139100-all while doing meaningful work that changes lives.
- Take control of your career by managing a consistent caseload of 25 billable hours per week with full support to help you meet and sustain your goals.
- Design your ideal workday with the freedom to create your own schedule during flexible core hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Make a direct impact where it matters most-provide early intervention services to children ages 0 to 3 in their natural environments including homes daycares and community settings across Washington DC.

Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active DC PT license (Maryland license preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in the field and lift up to 10 pounds
