Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
KLA/EPC/LIS Division is looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to assume a leadership position responsible for understanding our markets & customers needs ensuring this understanding translates into optimal business decisions & product strategy as well as driving exciting marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will be a super sharp highly motivated experienced product marketing manager with a great passion for market analysis technology and business growth.
- Drive market research and competitive analysis
- Influence company roadmap through market trends and requirements analysis
- Write market requirements documents(MRD)
- Craft product messaging and positioning
- Monitor and analyze business performance
- Support sales through marketing activities and customer meetings
- Develop marketing documentations and sales tools (e.g. presentations brochures web)
- Interface with Product management Sales organization and the executive team
Minimum Qualifications
- . in relevant fields (e.g. mechanical/electrical engineering); MBA preferred
- 3 years of work experience as a PMM for global high-tech multi-disciplinary companies; experience in product management/application teams advantage
- Background in the technology and the market of PCB and/or semiconductors advantage
- Sharp analytical data analysis skills
- Blend of business and technical savvy
