Job Description
As SAP Programme Lead (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for the whole strategic SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation program of Liebherr (SAP Horizon). You will manage the entire SAP Horizon programme and ensure the timely and professional management of all stakeholders monitoring of requirements and development of customized solutions. You will work closely with the SAP Horizon team different international business units and external implementation and project partners to ensure a smooth implementation. Your focus is on managing teams developing tailor-made SAP solutions and ensuring that time budget and quality targets are met.

LOCATION:
Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city centrewhere we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards.
This position is not a fully remote position and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Leading the SAP Horizon strategy and ensuring its alignment with the overall business objectives
- Plan manage and monitor global SAP projects including the setup of a standardised global template and new SAP S/4HANA implementation in most diverse business units
- Coordinate with various business units to identify requirements and develop standardised SAP solutions customized to Liebherrs business needs
- Leading and building a team of SAP experts and external partners to ensure a smooth implementation and integration into business
- Develop and implement together with responsible departments change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and technologies
- Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets within the SAP Horizon projects
- Monitoring risks and issues to take early countermeasures to ensure the programmes success
- Reporting to Programme sponsors top management and other stakeholders on the progress of the SAP Horizon programme
- Promoting a positive corporate culture and ensuring an appreciative and supportive working environment and building a team that is goal-oriented motivated and customer-focused
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Professional experience: You are an highly experienced senior manager with a comprehensive experience in large complex and global greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Technical know-how: You have extensive experience in setting up and managing SAP organisational units as well as in-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and processes
- Management skills: You have extraordinary leadership and programme management skills ability to manage managers complemented by extensive experience in change management and process optimisation
- Strong communication and intercultural skills: You are proud of excellent communication skills professional and convincing appearance and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel: You are willing to undertake international business travel as part of the global programme steering and work
- Languages: You are business fluent in English; knowledge in Spanish German and French are advantages
