Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Gynaecologist Department ensuring optimal functioning.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of medical professionals.
- Coordinate patient assessments and manage their treatment plans.
- Conduct regular departmental meetings to ensure efficient communication.
- Implement and maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Utilize advanced medical technology for diagnostics and treatment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Assist in surgical procedures as necessary.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and continuously improve processes.
- Act as the liaison between patients and the management.
- Develop patient education strategies to promote health awareness.
- Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
- Monitor inventory and manage the department s resources effectively.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practice at all times.
- Support emergency response as needed.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree in Gynaecology from a recognized institution.
- State medical license to practice in India.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of surgical expertise in gynaecology.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with advanced medical technology in gynecology.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
- Capacity to handle stressful situations effectively.
- Empathy and compassion towards patient care.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Willingness to participate in community health education programs.
- Fluency in local languages is a plus.
