About the Role:
This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity—not a traditional job. Youll use a simple 3-step online system to help promote personal growth and leadership programs. Great for self-starters career changers or anyone seeking more control over their schedule.
Important: This is not a salaried or hourly role. Earnings are based on your performance and results.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Follow a step-by-step system to connect with people online
- Conduct short scripted interviews with qualified candidates
- Promote content via social media and other digital platforms
- Join weekly training calls (online)
- Set and track your own goals

- Strong time management and communication skills
- Able to work independently (no micro-managing here)
- Minimum 23 hours per day availability
