New England Academy Beverly is a private special education therapeutic day school that specializes in trauma-informed supports for students with a variety of social/emotional disabilities ranging from grades 7-12. New England Academy offers students a supportive non-behavioral learning environment that addresses students executive functioning and social emotional needs in the context of an academically rigorous curriculum in order to prepare students for post secondary are seeking a highly organized experienced professional candidate to serve as the Dean of Education at our campus in Beverly. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents with social and/or emotional challenges knowledge of Special Education law special education regulations IEP development and implementation and facilitation of Team meetings. The Dean of Education is responsible for overseeing IEP programming for all students and is the primary point person for all sending school district contact to assist with monitoring and communicating ongoing student needs and progress throughout the year.
