Launch your career in FacilitiesManagement at JLL! JLL is looking for an energetic and dynamic Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide overall facilities support.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Reporting to: Regional Facilities Manager

What this job involves:

Duties will include operational activities in light maintenance tasks vendor management assistance ordering equipment and supplies and ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage all facility management tasks as assigned from Facilities Management Team
  • Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL
  • Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives (JLL or external) and service providers
  • Performing day-to-day oversight/monitoring of work order completion and follow-up with service provider and client
  • Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the client portfolio
  • Work with the Facility Managers in creating work orders and following up on any work order issues
  • Support the Facilities Manager with assigning tasks to vendors completing tasks and updates to Corrigo work order program
  • Assist in training vendors/engineers on all applicable software platforms as needed (Corrigo Archibus etc.)
  • On-call - as needed.

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • High School diploma required
  • Associates degree in facilities management building business or other related field; Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2 years experience with Facility or Property Administration
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office strong computer skills and possess strong written verbal and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
