- Respond to emergency calls for water fire and mold damage restoration.
- Perform water extraction drying and dehumidification processes.
- Assess damages and determine the best course of action for mitigation and restoration.
- Conduct demolition and debris removal when necessary.
- Clean and restore contents affected by fire smoke or water damage.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
- Assist with mold remediation following safety and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of job progress and equipment usage.
- Communicate professionally with customers insurance adjusters and team members.
- Follow OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Perform basic construction and repair tasks as needed.
- Keep company vehicles and equipment clean organized and maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in mitigation restoration construction or a related field is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- IICRC certifications (WRT ASD FSRT AMRT) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs standing bending climbing ladders).
- Comfortable working in various conditions including water-damaged and smoke-affected properties.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency response.
