Job Description
Are you ready to take ownership of a critical leadership role in a fast-paced high-performance construction environment Excel Services Inc. is looking for a Director of Construction and Service Logistics to lead and continuously improve our logistics strategy warehouse operations material fulfillment fleet management and prefab/kitting operations.

About the Role:
As the Director of Construction and Service Logistics youll oversee all logistics-related functions including material and tool purchasing warehouse and delivery operations prefab and kitting processes and fleet scheduling. Your primary focus will be ensuring the right materials and equipment arrive at the right time and placesupporting safe on-time project execution and field productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics strategy supporting field operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound deliveries warehouse operations and inventory tracking
- Lead prefab and material kitting operations to support jobsite efficiency
- Manage tool purchasing and standardized tracking/maintenance systems
- Direct fleet and equipment operations maintenance and compliance (OSHA/DOT)
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers purchasing and field leaders for timely jobsite fulfillment
- Implement logistics systems and technology for scheduling routing and communication
- Lead coach and develop a team of warehouse delivery and logistics staff
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance for logistics tool control and fleet functions
- Optimize costs processes and workflow to improve overall efficiency
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Occasional after-hours or site visits may be required

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Construction Management or related field
- 710 years of logistics leadership experience (construction or field service industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP and logistics platforms (e.g. BuildOps Viewpoint)
- Experience managing warehouse delivery and multi-project logistics
- Strong leadership communication and team development capabilities
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally between sites
