- Evaluate and inventory contents.
- Document content inventory within the structure.
- Work with team members involved with content inventory.
- Documents all non-salvageable contents within the project.
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided for the day.
- Manage consumable usage on assigned projects.
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work with other people.
- Ability to read write and speak the English language to communicate with others in person on the phone and by written communications in a clear straightforward and professional manner.
- Intermediate problem-solving skills.
- Detailed oriented with respect to the documentation of all contents
- Intermediate organizational skills.
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
