Over 6 months youll be part of a high-impact project that will make the difference in the plant involved in and youll receive hands-on daily mentorship from Senior colleagues and plant Director and Ops Exc Manager.

The impact youll have
You will...
- Be an important player in a Lean Transformation project collaborating with our provider and local teams to boost efficiency reduce waste and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Be a link between our local business team and the external provide who is in charge to analyze processes among plant function.
- Use structured problem-solving to map analyze and optimize processesyour ideas might shape how we work.
- Track and report progress on the project highlighting risks and opportunities that matter to our customers and our business.
- Build strong partnerships across functions and contribute to our strategic roadmap.
- Connect the dots between operational KPIs and the plants P&Lbecause what you do will make a difference.
Were looking for
- A degree in STEM Economics or equivalent experience.
- A recent graduate who have an analytical but dynamic approach.
- Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a big-picture view.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills - you influence without authority.
- Curious Open Minded person motivated to work in productive environment.
- Fluent in English
