Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH) Full-time Competitive Salary
Are you a detail-driven finance professional looking to expand your skills within a global organisation We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our collaborative and supportive team based in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business environment where your expertise will be valued.
- Accurately process purchase and sales invoices including complex sales entries
- Perform daily bank reconciliations across multi-currency accounts
- Handle and resolve finance-related queries
- Manage credit control activities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Oversee weekly supplier payments
- Reconcile company credit cards and manage expense claims
- Liaise with our external accountant and support year-end audits
- Provide financial support to internal projects as needed
- Carry out general administrative and ad hoc finance tasks
- AAT qualified with practical experience in a finance role
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficient in accounting software (Sage 50 and Xero preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with multi-currency accounts is a plus
- Ability to identify and escalate potential financial risks
- You must already have the right to work in the UK
