About the opportunity
Are you passionate about shaping vibrant inclusive and sustainable outdoor spaces Join our Open Space Projects team and help to lead the design and delivery of high-impact open space and recreation projects that directly enhance the lives of our growing community. This opportunity allows you to play a key role in shaping exciting community spaces such as Officer District Park Emerald Lake Park or one of Cardinias many sporting precincts.
You will make an impact by
- Delivering high-quality open space projects from concept to completion.
- Managing projects including skate parks playgrounds BMX tracks sportsfields and more.
- Collaborating with internal teams contractors and the community.
- Ensuring projects meet scope budget and quality expectations.
- Providing expert technical guidance and reporting.
What you will bring
- Proven project management experience in open space or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of capital works and project lifecycle.
- Technical knowledge of design safety and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent substantial industry experience (e.g. project management engineering landscape design etc).
- A collaborative mindset and community-first approach.
