A Day in the Life
An exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to be an integral member of our highly successful Cardiac Rhythm Management team based in Australian Capital Territory ACT. This is an excellent role for an individual with strong clinical &/or Sales experience with cardiac pacing devices. Your clinical guidance and technical expertise will prove to be valuable for driving business growth and delivering best possible outcomes to our customers.Medtronics Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. CRM innovations are now important more than ever. Together we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Promotes and sells Medtronics products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsible for developing building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Responsible for pursuing leads assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services.
Promotes and establishes education of the companys products and/or services.
Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D Operations and Marketing.
Travel as required
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Medical Devices or in the healthcare industry
Demonstrated experience either in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or cardiac sales
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills
Highly organised with good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results
Has a valid drivers license and own vehicle
