What Youll Be Doing
- Overseeing all clinical research functions including protocol design and data analysis
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure study success and regulatory compliance
- Supporting new product development through clinical validation and insights
- Managing timelines budgets and external research partnerships
- Presenting key findings and project updates to executive leadership
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Masters degree required; PhD preferred
- Deep understanding of orthopedic surgery and product trends
- Proficient in clinical study design and regulatory frameworks
- Able to evaluate new product opportunities from both clinical and financial standpoints
