Job Description

As we continue to grow were looking for a skilled and motivatedGlass Repair Technician to join our professional body shop team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and replacement of windshields side windows and rear glass on a wide range of vehicles
- Evaluate glass damage and determine the most effective repair or replacement solution
- Utilize industry-standard tools adhesives and techniques to ensure safe high-quality work
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Collaborate with service advisors technicians and the Body Shop Director to ensure seamless service
- Accurately document all work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in auto glass repair/replacement (preferred)
- Proficiency with auto glass tools adhesives and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Auto glass certification is a plus

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
