What Were Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or
- Experience: At least 1 year of building maintenance
- Skills: Advanced knowledge in two or more building trades (e.g. carpentry plumbing electrical painting HVAC).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously and perform manual
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- License: Valid drivers license with fewer than 6 points on the driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on buildings grounds vehicles equipment and major household
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
- Coordinate tasks with team members and work independently when
- Maintain a flexible schedule during 1st shift hours (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM) Monday through Friday with the potential for overtime.

We manage 150 housing units across Hamilton Butler and Clermont counties dedicated to creating homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to provide safe supportive environments close to families jobs and community resources.
