Job Description

OVERVIEW:

The Director of Business Operations Market Leader is a strategic leader responsible for designing implementing and continuously optimizing the operational infrastructure that supports Market Leaders across regions. This role ensures the effective delivery of systems tools and cross-functional collaboration frameworks to drive regional growth partnership development and revenue generation allow YUU to further increase our impact and meet our mission.

Reporting directly to the Regional Market Leader the Director of Business Operations Market Leader will work closely with national and regional teams enabling Market Leaders to execute a Year Up Uniteds mission with excellence and impact.

Aligned with YUUs values this role will also engage students as a coach group facilitator and advocate contributing to a supportive learning environment built on trust and collaboration among students faculty and site leaders.

This is a hybrid and location flexible role. You must live within a commutable distance to one of the locations where we serve students ( Preference for candidates in CST.
