Required Qualifications:
- Independently licensed in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC LMFT LISW or Psychologist Physician M.D. & D.O.)
- Minimum of a masters degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1000000/$300000
- Willing to complete R3Cs DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
