The opportunity
For our Automation Communication business we are looking for an experienced Linux Expert.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Fulfill the needs and requirements of different Hitachi Energy products
Take part in the Linux distribution development process
Actively contribute to the integration of Linux into Hitachi Energy solutions
Actively maintain Hitachi Energy Linux solutions and tools
Your Background
Excellent understanding of Linux and its ecosystem as well as interest for Open Source Software. Existing contributions to Open Source Software are a strong plus
Deep knowledge of the Yocto project and kas previous experience shipping projects with it
Good knowledge of Bash scripts Python and C/C
Previous experience with embedded systems development and testing knowledge of LAVA is a plus
Ability to co-operate in international and multi-cultural environment
Excellent communicator ability to understand other views and opinions good negotiation skills
Fluent in English both spoken and written
