Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record.
Preferred Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferable in parking.

Parking-Operationsat Georgia State University is seeking aParking & Transportation Specialist to join our team. The Parking & Transportation Specialist will provide valet services for GSU staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Promptly greet customers in a professional manner.
- Drive vehicles to designated areas safely parking and securing them.
- Record parking spots and place guests keys in a safe location.
- Retrieve vehicles when guests are ready to leave.
- Direct traffic in the valet area.
- Maintain valet area appearance for safety and cleanliness.
- Respond to customer questions complaints or any other comments in a prompt respectful and helpful manner.
- Report any accidents observed or suspected violation of company policy safety hazards or anything unusual surrounding the vehicle parking facility or fellow employees to the Shift Leader or Management.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Please note: This position will serve the 34 Broad Street Parking Garage. Valet parking is available on weekdays from 7:00AM 6:00PM occasional nights and weekends for special events may be necessary.
