Job Title: Vice President of Valet Operations

The Vice President of Operations primary objective is to ensure Guest Service Managers Account Managers and City Managers in assigned areas meet all contractual expectations. The role focuses on service standards increasing financial performance cost controls management people development revenue management control claims and safety management and the physical integrity of all accounts.

The Vice President of Operations provides leadership and direction emphasizing mentoring managers and maintaining PMCs sustainable competitive advantage while driving market share. This leadership role places significant emphasis on revenue payroll claims client/associate satisfaction operations management lead generation soliciting new business maintaining quality client relations and strengthening financial reporting.

They are responsible for the overall strategy and vision of market growth within the designated area.

.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Oversight:

  • Manage oversee and provide leadership for all locations and associates within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with operations management leadership to define performance measurements and execution.

.

Business Development:

  • Implement strategies to increase productivity and ensure profitability.
  • Utilize existing marketing materials to solicit new business using various sales techniques.
  • Provide written and verbal weekly summaries on the operation to the COO and attend weekly meetings with the operations team (remotely).

.

Client and Employee Satisfaction/Retention:

  • Develop and implement programs to improve guest and employee satisfaction.

.

Financial Management:

  • Manage operating budgets labor and non-labor budgets.
  • Develop partnerships and market new business within the territory including valet parking self-park and other support services.
  • Create review and maintain financials based on revenue analysis budgets profit-and-loss (P&L) and other accounting reports.

Human Resources and Recruitment:

  • Responsible for interviewing and hiring senior-level management within the territory.
  • Work with Human Resources and Executive Leadership to design programs that are market-competitive reinforce organization strategy and align with business and sales objectives.
  • Direct and support the implementation of company initiatives and processes.

Travel and Communication:

  • Must be available to travel to all assigned accounts in the territory on a rotating basis.
  • Travel designated up to 50%.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Travel up to 50%.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Word and Excel).
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-site operations management experience in the hospitality industry including experience in guest and/or customer service (Parking and/or Hospitality industry preferred) OR Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-site operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong team-building skills and the ability to motivate others.
  • Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
  • Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
  • Valid in-state drivers license with a clean driving record - Ability to pass PMCs background check and drug screening requirements.
  • Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
