WHAT IS THE JOB

As a senior member of the Web Team the Senior Manager E-commerce is an exciting and critical role leading Mashburns online experience driving revenue and engagement while reflecting the brands highest standards of quality and service. You will lead all tactical and operational areas of the site critically analyzing the customers experience from their first click to final checkout. With a laser focus on site optimization youll guide site testing and our conversion rate optimization efforts while managing key third-party tools and partners. If you obsess over website performance and delivering a best-in-class user experience through data-driven optimization this role offers the perfect mix. This is a full-time exempt salary exempt position.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all website operations and the site development roadmap including site updates enhancements bugs and QA.
  • Manage and continually optimize all third-party apps including returns onsite search personalization gift cards etc.
  • Own and continually improve all website KPIs including CVR UPT AOV bounce rate and conversion rate.
  • Develop and manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap for driving improvement of KPI metrics.
  • Manage site testing roadmap across all site elements (PDPs PLPs navigation homepage etc).
  • Conduct ongoing deep user behavior analysis with tools such as FullStory to determine high-impact optimization areas.
  • Supervise web manager to execute site content and merchandising strategies ensuring flawless product launches seasonal sale execution and site content updates.
  • Own and optimize site architecture with a focus on continual improvements to site speed and load times.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with web accessibility standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Support and assist with the execution of weekly email marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical partners and third-party app vendors.
  • Partner with cross-functional Creative and Merchandising teams to support brand strategy.
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends customer expectations and new platform capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative insights-driven culture that balances brand expression with performance.

WHAT ARE THE SKILLS

  • 7 years of E-commerce experience including strategy operations and analytics.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer ideally in luxury or premium fashion apparel.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Shopify including theme management and third-party integrations.
  • Strong background in CRO strategy and execution including analysis A/B testing and UX optimization.
  • Highly analytical with fluency in data platforms including Shopify Analytics GA4 and FullStory or similar.
  • Data and customer-focused mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Results-driven and curious. Excitement to take data and translate it into a customer-focused plan.
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (including vlookups pivot tables advanced formulas etc.).
  • Driven resourceful problem-solver and team player with a no task is too small attitude.
