What Youll Be Doing:
- Responding to water damage calls (residential & commercial)
- Performing mitigation cleanup and light demolition
- Loading staging and maintaining tools & work vehicles
- Following all safety guidelines and SERVPRO protocols
- Working hands-on with a crew to restore properties Like it never even happened.
Job Requirements:
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs with help)
- Work in crawl spaces attics and on ladders
- Be comfortable with extended hours standing walking and physical labor
- Be part of our on-call rotation (24-hour emergency response)
Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Construction restoration or cleaning experience (preferred)
- IICRC certification (a plus but not requiredwell help you grow!)

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
