Were looking for astrategic consultative Field Sales Representativeto join our mission-driven team and partner with club operators across theGreater Los Angeles area. What Youll Do
Be a trusted advisor to club operators helping them grow through premium fitness solutions.
Use storytelling and data to highlight ROI operational efficiency and member experience.
Leverage financial and leasing models to support club expansion and upgrades.
Build long-term relationships and influence key decision-makers in the fitness industry.
Execute a territory plan to grow existing accounts and win new business.
Spend at least 3 days per week in the field engaging directly with partners and prospects.
Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records to support business planning.

What Youll Bring
3 years of experience in field sales account management or community engagementideally in fitness or wellness.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
A deep understanding of sales methodology and customer decision-making.
Experience managing large territories with organized data-driven workflows.
Proficiency in CRM tools and forecasting.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
A passion for delivering a premium customer experience.
