Oversee control and manage plant inventory ensuring optimal stock levels to support the various businesses
Implement action plans and strategies to optimize stock levels maximize turnover and minimize obsolescence and aged WIP in collaboration with the COEs and HQ
Coordinate the periodic budget and forecast process at the plant level in accordance with company policies
Prepare periodic reports to analyze trends and discrepancies to predict future needs identify opportunities for improvement and implement countermeasures
Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing COEs and logistics to ensure the smooth functioning of receiving and shipping operations maximizing efficiency and reducing costs
Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained using company management systems and compliance with established procedures and policies
Coordinate annual physical inventory management at the plant level in collaboration with Finance
Lead/participate in daily management meetings at Coe and plant level Genba walks and Kaizen events
Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies such as Kaizen Standard Work and Hoshin Kanri
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or Economics field
Previous experience in material planning manufacturing or similar roles
Knowledge of inventory planning methodologies and predictive models
Skills in data analysis and proficiency in the use of MS Office and SAP
Fluent in English and Italian
Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required

Proven project management skills
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
