Salary: OTE 50000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic energetic and highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join a busy Estate Agency office in the heart of Surbiton Village.
Whether youre just starting out or already experienced in residential property sales this is your opportunity to grow your career with a leading local independent agency known for its professionalism and market presence.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Conducting viewings and securing property sales
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
- Providing exceptional client service at every stage
- Maintaining accurate records and handling negotiations
- Spotting opportunities and closing deals efficiently
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential property sales (preferred but not essential)
- Proven sales ability and a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- High level of customer service and professionalism
- Knowledge of Surbiton and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car (essential)
- Well-presented ambitious and self-motivated individuals
