The Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program provides exposure across the GE HealthCare business and consists of three 8-month business critical assignments within the Quality & Regulatory organization.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
QRLPs will have a wide range of assignment selections such as: Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs Product Surveillance Complaint Handling Production & Process Controls Corrective & Preventative Action Design Controls Product Quality QMS Compliance and/or Global Audit. Each assignment is designed to both expose you to GE HealthCare strategic initiatives as well as the role that Quality and Regulatory Affairs play in achieving the business objectives.
In addition to meaningful & impactful rotations the Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program includes teambuilding mentoring career development opportunities and more. The Quality and Regulatory Leadership Program provides you with exceptional experiences and accelerates your career.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Graduate degree required (Target graduation date between December 2025-May 2026)
- Target majors include Engineering Science Biology Clinical Research Health Policy Health Product Regulation Regulatory Science/Affairs Quality Assurance or related field
- Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- Geographic mobility: Must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided) throughout the 2 years of rotations
Desired Characteristics:
- Relevant internship or co-op experience
- Commitment to and passion for quality compliance product quality and patient safety
- Academic excellence business acumen leadership ability global mindset and able to operate across cultures
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
