What are we looking for
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing complex calendars coordinating travel organizing leadership meetings and supporting internal communications across a fast-paced global company. This role requires excellent organizational skills discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism.
What youll do:
Manage complex calendars coordinate internal/external meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Arrange domestic and international travel including flights hotels ground transportation and itineraries.
Prepare and process timely expense reports.
Organize and support leadership meetings company-wide virtual meetings and leadership off-sites including follow-up on action items.
Provide support for all-company meetings presentations and management of shared team information on intranet/portals.
Create and/or support the development of presentations for senior management.
Handle confidential and sensitive materials with a high level of discretion.
Prioritize workload and act with urgency in a dynamic environment.
Participate in developing internal communication processes and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned including support for cross-functional initiatives.

3 years experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Flexibility to adjust and prioritize schedules due to last-minute changes
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to function well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced high-growth environment
Positive people-oriented disposition with a professional presence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
