Job Description:

As a Fire/Water Field Restoration Technician you will be responsible for assessing and completing mitigation services on a case-by-case basis. You will have to communicate these needs between management customers and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain clear communication between office and customers.

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself assigned vehicle and equipment.

- Prepare rooms/areas for work needs.

- Set up staging areas and equipment as needed for each project.

- Perform end of day/end of job clean up and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.

- Perform all production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per order by management.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to travel locally and out-of-state as needed.

- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject by applicable laws.

- Minimum High School Diploma or GED

- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

- Walking standing and driving for extended periods.

- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling and extended ceiling heights.

- Ability to work in compact spaces. (crawlspaces attics etc).

- Repetitive pushing pulling lifting and carrying of items.

- Ability to work on-call and after business hours as needed.

Additional Qualifications:

- Clear and Effective oral and written communication.

- Experience in cleaning/restoration industry is preferred.

- IICRC certification is preferred.

Pay: $39000.00 to $48000.00 per year

All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by employed by and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise. SERVPRO Franchise employees are not employed by jointly employed by agents of or under the supervision or control of Servpro Industries Inc. the Franchisor in any manner whatsoever.

Compensation: $39000.00 - $47600.00 per year
