Senior Trainer Velocity Solutions
Location: Lincoln NE. Hybrid role with Travel (4060%)

Computer Services Inc (CSI) is seeking adynamic and detail-oriented Senior Trainer to join our Training Team. As a Senior Trainer youll play a critical role in supporting the implementation education and continued client success of our revenue-driving digital lending and compliance-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver live client-facing training sessions webinars and recorded e-learning content on Velocitys products and services.
- Serve as a product expert and training lead for regulated topics like MRPC (sales) Reg E/ILS (government compliance) ICS (referrals) and digital lending (CashPlease).
- Visit client branches (up to 5060% travel during peak periods) to support frontline teams marketing initiatives and buy-in for Velocity products.
- Prepare detailed high-quality training materials including presentations videos scripts handouts and eLearning modules.
- Record training videos and voiceovers to support both initial and ongoing training needs familiarity with iSpring or similar tools a big plus.
- Participate in the annual Training Team summit to assess product enhancements and new initiatives.
- Assist with curriculum development and monthly webinar content review.
- Conduct evaluations and needs assessments to identify areas for performance and process improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Implementations and Product Support to provide training expertise on product demos and rollout.
- Maintain and update client training records and reporting tools with detailed notes and client status.
- Support the digital lending team with process documentation implementation support and internal coordination.
- Stay current on industry regulations trends in digital banking and SaaS tools serving the financial services space.
Qualifications:
- Experience in banking financial services or other regulated industries required teller back office or compliance training experience strongly preferred.
- 3 years experience in corporate training e-learning or instructional design.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint Word Excel Publisher and eLearning software (especially iSpring).
- Familiarity with tools used for client communications webinar platforms and LMS systems.
- Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills must be comfortable working with diverse personality types across client organizations.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-driven environment.
- Must be dependable proactive and a strong team player.
- Strong experience with voiceover audio recording or audiobook-style narration; schooling or professional training in this area is a plus.
