Were looking for a detail-oriented Operations Admin to work alongside our Operations Analyst supporting the team by organizing data maintaining reporting systems and helping streamline workflows. If youre eager to learn and comfortable with tools like Excel and Power BI this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-paced team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track and organize ongoing projects and tasks in ClickUp keeping timelines owners and statuses updated.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation guides SOPs forms and templates using tools like Word Excel and Canva.
  • Support reporting needs by cleaning and formatting data in Excel using formulas and pivot tables.
  • Monitor Power BI dashboards and flag issues related to data or refresh errors.
  • Assist with tool and vendor research onboarding checklists and system updates.
  • Maintain trackers for operational processes tool usage and system updates to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Assist in producing data dictionaries data curation documentation flow charts and reporting UX/UI designs to support reporting and analysis.
  • Keep agendas meeting notes and action items organized across team meetings.
  • Help with miscellaneous tasks that support the team and improve operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative operations or project support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic formula creation).
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities across different tools and projects.
  • Willingness to learn and troubleshoot issues across tools like Power BI ClickUp and HubSpot.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Familiarity with Power BI or dashboard tools.
  • Experience with ClickUp HubSpot Canva or similar platforms.
  • Interest in process improvement tech tools and documentation.
  • Understanding of data modeling and experience with entity-relationship diagrams
  • Payment processing industry knowledge

SALARY: This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical dental retirement planning and other benefits. Base hourly range: $22 - $26/hr

Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $62637 - $72621

LOCATION: This role requires the employee to work onsite full-time at our Anaheim Hills location.
