- Perform hands-on reconstruction tasks including drywall framing flooring trim painting and general carpentry
- Assist with demolition clean-up and site prep as needed
- Follow detailed work orders and job scopes to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Ensure job sites are safe clean and organized at all times
- Maintain high standards of quality safety and customer service
- Document progress and communicate clearly with the Project Manager and team
- 2 years of experience in construction remodeling or carpentry preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- IICRC certification(s)
- OSHA 10/30 Certification
