What Youll Be Doing:
Lead coach and mentor our sales consultants to hit goals and grow their skills
Jumpstart daily huddles provide individual coaching and keep the team energized
Ensure every customer has an outstanding experiencefrom the first hello to final handshake
Implement and refine sales strategies that move the needle and build lasting relationships
Help manage inventory presentation vehicle appraisals and lot organization
Work closely with finance marketing and service departments to create seamless customer interactions
Maintain compliance with financial institutions and dealership policies during deal submissions
Stay involved and visibleengage with customers support your team and guide deals across the finish line
What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in automotive or related sales with at least 2 in a leadership role
Proven ability to coach motivate and elevate a sales team
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs digital tools and dealership systems
Strong communicator problem-solver and customer advocate
Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and lead with positivity and professionalism
Must have a valid drivers license and required state certifications/licenses
Bonus Qualities:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
A sharp eye for inventory presentation and an analytical mind for KPIs
Passion for people development and long-term customer relationships
