Were seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to lead the integration of complex enterprise systems that drive the mission-critical work of the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) the Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG) and key Federal this leadership role youll help ensure GEOINT capabilities are delivered accurately efficiently and securelyacross cloud on-premise and hybrid environments.

What Youll Do:

• Lead Complex Integrations: Drive system integration initiatives across NSG ASG and Federal Agencies to enable seamless timely GEOINT delivery.

• Own the Big Picture: Bring a holistic view to systems architectureconnecting infrastructure security and deployment requirements to deliver resilient and secure solutions.

• Engineer the Future: Oversee the creation of detailed engineering plans and technical design packages for system installations and upgrades.

• Build Talent: Mentor and support Mid- and Junior-level Systems Integrators fostering growth and ensuring high standards in all integration work.

• Ensure Excellence: Use established processes and tools to guide integration testing documentation and ongoing maintenance for mission-critical systems.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Engineering Management Management Information Systems or a related STEM field or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.

• 12 years experience in systems integration within government or industry involving large complex systems of systems or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environments across cloud on-premise or hybrid infrastructures.

• Experience or sound understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience with Jira Confluence and DOORS Next Gen (DNG) digital engineering tools.
• Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Framework.
• Experience with Sensor programs and NGA Segments.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.

Desired:

• Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Engineering Management Management Information Systems or a related STEM discipline.

• Prior experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects.

• Experience working on programs or projects within the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense.
