At Worldwide Field Enablement Analytics and Product Operations (WWFE) were on a mission to transform how 50000 AWS Field Sellers achieve peak performance. As part of SMGS Operations were probably the largest sales enablement organization globally and were not just creating content were building the next generation of AI-powered sales tools.

Our dynamic team of Data Engineers Software Engineers and BI Engineers is looking for a Technical Program Manager who can drive complex technical programs and shape the future of sales enablement. Working closely with our sister organization AFX (CRM systems) youll lead the charge in software development AI initiatives and cross-organizational collaboration.

Key job responsibilities
Program Management:
- Owns large complex technical programs (Skills Management Atrium Slack integrations AI Agents)
- Manages lifecycle of complex cross-functional technology initiatives
- Drives timely decisions and unblocks teams to increase speed of delivery
- Creates predictable process paths and streamlines excess processes
Technical Leadership:
- Understands system limitations scaling factors and architectural decisions
- Reviews and influences technical design decisions
- Partners with engineering teams to determine project priorities
- Ensures architecture scales to match business needs
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture and AWS services
- Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure and agent architectures
- Ability to evaluate end-to-end system designs for scalability latency security
- Can identify risks caused by technical complexity
Execution & Communication:
- Drives crisp decisions about project priorities
- Communicates effectively with Directors and VPs
- Drives effective decision-making through clear communication data-driven insights and skillful navigation of technical trade-offs while building strong stakeholder relationships and mentoring others.

AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
