Universal Alloy Corporation is seeking a Manager - Software Development in Canton Georgia.
Job Description: Develop Windows and web-based applications for SQL database systems. Work to revolutionize internal applications. Utilize established development tools such as Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio to support on demand report / query requests into legacy databases. Use guidelines and conventions including but not limited HTML CSS JavaScript SQL UI and C# to build Web Based applications that will integrate with legacy database tables to build new functionality to old applications without hurting the production of our business. and Windows technologies subject matter expertise to support legacy software developed in house. Architect design develop and support enterprise scale systems tools frameworks and libraries to complete the roll out of our Global ERP Project. Manage development consultants progress toward the projects they are assigned to. Test all new applications to meet business requirements including free from bugs and known defects. Maintain systems internally for the business and provide ongoing support. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements: Position requires two (2) years of experience as a Programmer Software Developer or related occupation. Position also requires two (2) years of experience with each of the following skills: Statistical analysis; Technical application analysis design and development; Programming experience working with Visual Visual ; MS SQL Server SQL and store procedures; Implementing Microsoft technologies including development of SQL Server jobs; Agile methodology; Build Web Based applications using NET HTML CSS JavaScript SQL UI and C#; VB6; and Crystal Reports 8.
