About The Role:
We are looking for Operations Business Analyst who will play a key role in providing continuity throughout the Professional Services team by consulting with Regional Operations Leaders project team and process owners to proactively identify develop and support key knowledge and collaboration strategies process documentation and knowledge deliverables in support of critical operational initiatives.
Key Tasks:
Manage daily operations processes and documentation for consistency across business units.
Ensure project data is accurate in the project management system.
Oversee project setup and billing; resolve billing issues with finance and PS teams.
Manage PS subcontracting ensuring POs maintaining data and resolving invoice discrepancies.
Support end users with PS tools documentation and process inquiries.
Assist management in organizing and reporting on KPIs and project portfolios.
Maintain and report on business resource and financial data including complex spreadsheets.
Administer engagement delivery tools and processes.
Facilitate end-user training on tools and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing tool rollouts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop processes.
Identify and manage process improvement opportunities.
Maintain regular interaction with leaders and colleagues.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in business analysis operations or similar roles
Professional Services and software vendor experience are strong pluses
Self-starter with solid decision-making presentation and communication abilities
Quick learner able to work independently
Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Fluent English required
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Excellent planning time management and prioritization skills
Analytical inquisitive and creative problem-solver
