Salary:(DOE qualifications interview performance)
Were recruiting for the Audit Team in Bolton supporting a well-established and rapidly growing national practice ranked among the UKs Top 30.
This opportunity is perfect for someone with at least two years of UK practice experience whos confident leading audits developing junior colleagues and delivering exceptional client service.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive audits from initial planning through to completion
Delegate tasks to junior team members with clear guidance and realistic deadlines
Review audit files ensuring accuracy compliance and quality standards
Prepare detailed reports highlighting key audit findings and recommendations
Coach and mentor junior staff both on-site and in the office environment
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated joined-up services
Contribute to a positive collaborative team-focused culture
Essential Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent professional qualification)
Strong UK audit experience within practice environment Solid understanding of audit risk assessment and compliance frameworks
Proven experience leading audits and supervising staff effectively
Confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP FRS and IFRS standards
Proactive organised and solutions-focused approach
