Today we are advancing programs in Endocrinology Rare Disease and addition we collaborate with partners around the world on the development of TransCon-based products for other therapeutic areas and markets.
We are seeking a passionate Intern to join our Ascendis Pharma France team. You will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to support the commercial success of our innovative therapies in France. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and contribute to the launch of new therapies. This opportunity offers valuable experience working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment alongside experienced professionals.
Please note that this position is a 1-year contract internship.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be based in our France office in Paris.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist in the development and implementation of product launch plans including market analysis customer insights and competitor monitoring.
- Support the creation of marketing materials aimed at healthcare providers and patients ensuring clear communication of the products benefits.
- Participate in planning and executing campaigns and initiatives that support the overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to the product management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales medical affairs and market access to ensure alignment of objectives and strategies.
- Help organize promotional campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and engage key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
You are currently pursuing a masters degree in marketing Business Life Sciences or a related field.
Furthermore you have:
- Initial scientific education
- Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry particularly in rare diseases and endocrinology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think analytically and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
- Fluent in English and French

Votre mission
Au sein de lquipe franaise vous contribuerez au dveloppement et la mise en uvre de la stratgie marketing de nos thrapies innovantes sur le march franais. Vous collaborerez avec des quipes pluridisciplinaires et participerez la prparation et laccompagnement du lancement de nouveaux traitements.
Encadr(e) par la Responsable Marketing France vos principales missions seront :
- Participer llaboration et lexcution des plans de lancement produit : analyses de march veille concurrentielle recueil dinsights clients
- Contribuer la cration de supports marketing destination des professionnels de sant et des patients avec un souci constant de clart et de valeur ajoute
- Aider la prparation de campagnes de communication et dinitiatives marketing en lien avec la stratgie globale
- Raliser une veille sur les tendances du march et formuler des recommandations bases sur vos analyses
- Collaborer avec les quipes ventes affaires mdicales rglementaire et accs au march pour assurer une cohrence des actions
- Participer lorganisation dvnements et campagnes promotionnelles visant renforcer la notorit de la marque et lengagement des parties prenantes
Profil recherch
- tudiant(e) en Master en Marketing ou domaine connexe
- Formation scientifique initiale
- Intrt marqu pour lindustrie pharmaceutique les maladies rares et lendocrinologie
- Excellentes capacits de communication et relationnelles
- Esprit analytique proactif(ve) et force de proposition
- Bon sens de lorganisation et rigueur dans la gestion de projets
- Matrise du pack Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)
- Matrise du franais et de langlais loral comme lcrit
