The Imaging Physics Team
Radiology & Nuclear Medicine provides medical imaging services across all modalities. The Program is a dynamic environment in which to work and learn. The clinical and physics staff are leaders in their field and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. The Diagnostic Imaging Medical Physics Team is a small but dynamic group dedicated to providing clinical diagnostic medical physics and radiation safety services within Alfred Health.
The Role
A unique opportunity exists to provide administrative support to the Imaging Medical Physics team. Tasks include administration of the personal radiation monitoring service maintaining a radiation use licence list providing administrative support including meeting minutes ordering supplies and other duties.
The successful candidate will be an organised person who is highly motivated. The candidate will enjoy exposure to a range of people throughout the Program from various disciplines (e.g. Medical Radiography Nursing Administrative). The position may suit a person who is undertaking or has recently completed studies in an area of STEM.
