Were hiring a hands-on customer-focused Hydraulic Service Technician for our clients growing team in Acton MA. This is a Full-Time Direct Hire opportunity with a company known for its high-performance industrial machinery and exceptional customer support. If youre experienced with hydraulic systems and love solving mechanical problems we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic machines
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical issuesboth onsite and remotely
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and in-person visits
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to complete installations repairs and test procedures
- Travel to customer sites in the U.S. and Canada (up to 20% travel/year)
- Transition to 12PM8PM schedule after training (initial training: 8AM5PM Mon-Fri)
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Service Technician Mechanical Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and machinery
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally (20%) for training and customer service
- Strong communication skills and a passion for solving technical problems
